Daisy Time

Morning everyone

This morning I am going to share a card I have made for this week's CD Sunday Challenge which is "Poetry Corner".  To be honest, when I saw what the theme was I thought I might give it a miss this week, but as I was busy practising digital colouring using a  lovely digi-stamp from Christine Gray I decided to see if I could find a poem to match the stamp.  And I did, so here is the finished card.

The background is from my Sharon Duncan Embossibilities cd Texture Prints and I have added a small amount of gradient colour to it to match the coloured stamp.  The poem is called "Daisy Time" and is by Marjorie Pickthall.

I wouldn't say that my digital colouring is exactly perfected but I am trying (very trying some might say!)
