Today I am posting the Christmas card I made yesterday - just needed to add the sentiment this morning. For this card I have used one of the lovely SWALK rubber stamps from Crafters Companion, which I have coloured using Flexmarkers and Promarkers. Here is the card:
I have used a pre-scored 6x6 card blank and some silver mirri card with backing paper printed from the Crafters Companion SWALK winter cd. I had to change the colour of this slightly as I coloured the image first and wanted a toning backing paper. I have used a white gel pen to highlight the falling snow, silver moonlight glitter pen to the large snowflakes and a touch of iridescent glitter to the pom-pom on the hat and fur trims on the coat. I cut the image using a Spellbinders die and then layered it onto Centura Pearl snow white card cut with another Spellbinders die. The sentiment is computer generated in Serif Craft Artist and then cut with a Spellbinders die. I can't quite decide whether or not this card needs something extra - I don't like to over-embellish my cards but think that perhaps there is "something" mising! What do you all think?
